Epworth Mother’s Day Offering – Sunday May 12
Across the country, residential facilities like Epworth Children’s Home are struggling to meet the needs of the children they serve.  Epworth is not immune to these struggles. While Epworth feels the ever changing tide rolling in, they have not had to falter from their mission to serve children, youth and families through a caring, accepting and safe Christian community, where hurts are healed; hope is nurtured; and faith in God, self and others is developed.  The reason Epworth is able to stand strong, is because WE – the United Methodist Church of SC – stand with them.  Epworth offers tutoring, counseling, spiritual formation, quality health care and fun activities for the children.  We invite you to give generously.  For more information, visit Epworth on the web at www.epworthchildrenshome.org.

The May Advocate is now out, and we are beginning to work on the June Advocate, which will be handed out at Annual Conference and also arrive in people's mailboxes approximately May 29.
